Our goal is the systematic improvement of our personnel knowledge, as well as the product users’ knowledge, with respect to the assortment of delivered products, offered services and applied manufacturing technologies. In order to ensure the best possible conditions for training and education, the company‘s Training and Educational Centre was finished and opened in August 2010. The Centre building is a three-floored extension of the existing building with car park for trainees. |  |
| The arrangement is as follows: Basement – changing rooms with sanitary facility for trainees, 1st floor – dining hall (capacity 72 persons), 2nd floor – air-conditioned multifunctional lecture-room (capacity 36 persons), room for trainer, refreshment bar and sanitary facility. | |
| The facilities can be used at any time (not only during the company’s working hours). It is also possible to utilize the company’s production premises and facilities (e.g. paint-shop, machining shop, welding shop, service shop) for practical training and demonstrations. | |
| The trainees can refresh themselves at the refreshment bar in the lecture-room or in the dining hall. Warm meals and cold meals can be ensured and brought from the company’s restaurant located in the historic centre of the town of Polička. Accommodation can be also ensured there. | |
Training and Educational Centre equipment: | |
| - in case that the use of the projector and the white board is not required or it is not suitable due to the movement of persons in the room, 50“ plasma TV fitted on swivel mount can be used for your presentation. The TV can display the same picture as the data/video projector or any other input, as required. The TV can be also used independently to watch television programmes through DVB-T antenna. - hard-disk DVD recorder allows CD/DVD playing as well as recording from built-in satellite receiver. |  |
| - KRAMER control system allows you to operate the presentation equipment easily. - in the lecture-room there is a high-performance workstation allowing you to work with demanding SW applications, e.g. 3D CAD Inventor, and LAN network distribution on the side walls. - in the room for trainer there is a PC with multifunction printer (printer + scanner + copier), digital camera and video camera. | |
